Job SummaryPMKK (Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Kendra) is the flagship scheme of NSDC / MSDE central govt under which state-of-the-art model skill development centres are being established in each district of India. Medhavi runs PMKKs in 9 east and northeast states of India with one of the job trade includes Plumber (General)- Plumbing Sector.Responsibilities and Duties
– Conducting training and laboratory / practical sessions of the skill training batches for various skill development programs undertaken by Medhavi Foundation.
– To train the students in performing basic operation/maintenance of plumbing related activities. Hands-on experience with the latest industrial tool & equipment.
– Apart from conducting training sessions and laboratory sessions as per guidelines, broad responsibility areas may also include Biometric attendance management, organizing internship, on the job training and placement drives, contacting relevant recruiters and power companies if required.
– Minimising student dropouts and maximizing student attendance during the skill programmes and also ensuring student learning outcomes are delivered as per the course design.
– Participate in TOT (Train the trainer) sessions and workshops as arranged by Medhavi Foundation.
– Update online reporting sheet on daily basis with details of daily learning outcome update- Proactively take part in students placement.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Up to INR300,000.00 per yearSchedule:
