Job Description

What will you be doing?

• Meeting and Counselling 18+ Years undergrad candidates
• Helping them plan their academic and career path and making them understand how WE can catalyse their career.
• Carrying weekly enrolment / revenue and collection target.
• Owning the complete sales closing life cycle: visiting/meeting various candidates, generating leads, product demonstration, follow ups, closing, and post sales relationship management.
• Maintaining Daily Report with complete Lead details.
• Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline

What are we looking for?

• Graduate with 2+ years of experience in Financial and/or EdTech Sales
• Individual with outstanding communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Skill Development sector/Financial Product sales will be appreciated
• Passion to deliver the highest levels of customer service at all times.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) is preferable.

What are your deliverables / KPI’s?

• Minimum 16 enrolments per month
• Minimum 4 enrolment per week
• Weekly revenue targets to be met and over achieved.
