Mediaocean Hiring for Software Engineer – Test Automation at Pune, India Full Time

What You Will Do:

Tasks/Duties will include:

• Should be able to follow performance test strategy/regression test strategy for an enterprise wide web application.

• Speak with all stakeholders to document all the performance testing scenarios in detailed manner and get it reviewed.

• Create the Performance tests Jmeter scripts for defining performance tests/Execute scripts

• Analyze the results, Use different tools as profiles and Application Performance Management tools like New Relic to gather additional/supportive information and report defects.

• Retest defects.

• Jenkins integration so that the test runs end to end.

• Code review of scripts created by other members.

• Automate Functional API test using Jmeter.

• Should be able to understand the technical architecture of the product.

• Should be able to work hands on and complete the performance task defined.

• Work with the individual tester and understand the acceptance criteria for performance test.

• Should be able to work with Continuous integration tools and implement the Jmeter solution

  Who You Are:

• 3-5 years of experience in performance testing

• A College Degree from a reputed institute

• Advertising and/or financial programming background a plus.

• Performance testing using specially JMeter tool

• Excellent written and verbal skills

• Multi-tier Architecture
