Technology @ MediBuddy To deliver high quality products, the Engineering team @MB has over 100+ engineers with skill sets across Android, iOS, NodeJS, .NET, Backend, Fullstack, QA, Data Science, Data Engineers, Security, DevOps etc.. We use microservices architecture on AWS cloud. Our Engineering teams are organized as Pods with Weekly sprints. We have Product and Platform pods. Tech stack includes nodejs. We are seeking to hire a dynamic, customer-centric personality who will strategize, expand & build a highly talented Technical Program Management team. The role wraps into the Product Organisation and will report to the Director of Product Management.
What will you do?

• Create and implement best practice technical program management vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve business performance.
• Ensure that program management strategies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs in terms of price, quality and delivery targets and which enables the company to function and compete effectively in the market.
• Evaluate the challenges faced by the business and take action to mitigate risks and develop opportunities.
• Determine, set and deliver goals and objectives for the department within the Business Planning Process in line with the company’s strategic aims and objectives.
• Devise evaluation strategies to monitor performance and determine the need for improvements.
• Supervise all technical program managers involved to provide feedback and resolve complex problems.
• Discover ways to enhance efficiency and productivity of procedures and people.
• Apply change, risk and resource management principles when needed.
• Keep senior management informed with detailed and accurate reports or presentations.

What are we looking for?

• Academic background: B.E/B.Tech/MBA from top ranked colleges
• Experience:
• 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management Role in product led companies
• Proven experience as Program director or other managerial position
• Thorough understanding of Agile (SDLC) techniques and methods
• Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and key metrics
• Outstanding knowledge of data analysis, reporting and budgeting
• A business acumen with a strategic ability
• Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities

Good to have

• Prior product management experience is a plus.
• Prior coding experience is a plus.
• Prior experience with launching large B2B projects is a plus.
• Prior experience in healthcare and insurance industry is a plus.
