POSTION : RELATIONSHIP MANAGER / SALES EXECUTIVE

Job description :

Key Responsibilities Area: . Direct Sales to Customers. Understanding & Fulfilling customer requirements. Responsible for: – Target Achivements in Sales & Value Added Services – Lead generation & managment – Long-term Customer Relationship. Age: 25 to 30 Years. Excellent Command over english. Valid Car Driving License. Well-Groomed. Customer-centric approach. Networking Skills. Preferably Automobiles, Hospitality, Aviation, Insurance, Banking & Other service Industries. Remuneration will not be a constraint for the right candidate.

Mandatory : Valid Car Driving License.

Responsibilities for Relationship Manager

• Create and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of customers
• Build long-term relationships with clients and customers
• Work quickly to address and resolve customer issues
• Notify the sales team of new sales and cross-selling opportunities
• Become familiar with the competition to stay ahead of them
• Encourage high-sales and good customer service practices
• Create strategies and work with clients to boost their brand
• Help promote and maintain a positive company image

Qualifications for Relationship Manager

• Intuitive to customers needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
• A background in customer service or sales is a plus
• Must be self-motivated, flexible and able to manage several jobs at one time

SKILLS

• Good communication, writing and customer service skills.
• Excellent problem solving and organization skills.
• Self-motivated and flexible to work with negligible supervision.
• Good sales and negotiation skills

EXPERIENCE

• Preferably 1 Year of Automobile Experience ( 2 wheeler background candidates can also apply)
