About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and empathetic Clinical Nutritionist/Dietitian to join our Health & Wellness team at MediBuddy. You will play a critical role in empowering users to lead healthier lives by creating personalized nutrition plans, addressing health concerns such as Diabetes, PCOS, thyroid disorders, pre-natal and post-partum care, and supporting their journey towards improved fitness, sleep, and mental well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Personalized Nutrition Planning:

Assess users’ health goals and medical concerns (e.g., Diabetes, PCOS, thyroid, pre/postnatal issues) and develop tailored nutrition plans that account for deficiencies, food intolerances, fitness levels, sleep patterns, and stress.

• Health Counseling & Education:

Educate and advise a wide range of patients with dietary-related disorders on practical, sustainable ways to improve their health through evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle changes.

• Program Recommendation & Sales:

Identify user needs and appropriately position, pitch, and upsell MediBuddy’s health programs that align with their preferences and goals.

• Lead Conversion & Sales Management:

Manage the end-to-end sales cycle – from reaching out to prospective leads, pitching relevant offerings, to closing sales and onboarding patients.

• Patient Progress Monitoring:

Conduct regular 1:1 follow-ups, track user progress through check-ins, meal tracking, and measurable health outcomes to ensure tangible improvements in health status.

• Marketing & Awareness Initiatives:

Participate in community outreach activities such as webinars, health talks, live sessions, and other content-driven initiatives to drive user engagement and promote healthy living.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
• Certification from a recognized body (e.g., RD, RDN, or equivalent) is a plus.
• 1-3 years of experience in clinical nutrition, health coaching, or wellness consultation.
• Experience in women’s health, metabolic disorders, or therapeutic nutrition is preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong counseling and patient management abilities.
• Sales acumen with experience in health/wellness program conversions.
