Languages : English & Kannada Mandatory (Multilanguage will be added advantage)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage & Handle a team of 8-10 inside sales representatives.
• Monitor & train the inside sales representatives on industry best practices.
• Utilize smart, targeted questions to speak knowledgeably with decisions makers such as VPs and Directors.
• Provide continuous business development opportunities and achieve and/or exceed monthly sales targets for the team.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth and meet revenue goals.
• Responsible for generating revenue in Ed Tech space.
• Handle the Team Members and motivate them for better sales.

Skills

• Effective team player, self-motivated, require minimal management or guidance.
• Competent with CRM and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
• Strong aptitude for planning and time management.
• Ability to Negotiate and provide guidance.
