Job Summary- We are looking for Associate-Customer Experience with minimum one year experience in Customer Support in Ed-tech/E-Learning/Events industry.

• Proven track record of customer support experience in E-Learning/Event Industry

• Excellent command over English (Verbal & Written) & Hindi (Verbal) Language.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• High EQ: Always take an empathetic approach in listening and addressing customer queries.
