A Project Associate or Coordinator needs to develop a detailed project plan and produce key project deliverables. He or she ensures that all processes and procedures are completed and quality standards are met, as well as creates processes for each project deliverables. The Project Coordinator’s role also involves coordinating with end clients to come onto their level and understand the complete requirement of the project and to get the final feedbacks.
