The Supporting Healthy Weight team within Medway Public Health are looking for enthusiastic Facilitators to deliver an adult healthy lifestyle programme called Healthy Way.
Healthy Way is a 12 week lifestyle programme which covers a variety of topics that aims to inform and support attendees to enable some small behaviour changes that can improve their health and well-being.
We’re looking for facilitators to deliver this programme at various venues throughout Medway weekday mornings and evenings and Saturday mornings. We are able to offer flexible working within this role with Facilitators delivering no more than 3 courses per week, each session lasting up to 2 hours.
You should have a passion for health and wellbeing and keen to work within the Medway community to support adults to lead healthier lifestyles.
