We are looking for someone to join our Manager Effectiveness team, our focus is on developing our people managers to the best of their capability and thus, ensuring high-performing teams. To make this happen, we run multiple parallel coaching initiatives and learning journeys.

About The Job

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in program managing learning programs and managing multiple external and internal stakeholders to implement those programs effectively. The candidate should also be comfortable with data management and analysis. What will you do?

• Liaison with external vendors to ensure overall program management including contracting, project governance, delivery timelines, invoicing, etc
• Act as point of contact for participants and their managers to ensure query resolution, participation, registrations, scheduling, project implementation, etc.
• Ensure creation of a feedback loop for all initiatives and garner regular feedback
• Liaison with HRBPs and Business stakeholders for successful implementation of initiatives
• Create change management strategy whenever necessary and implement the same in coordination with the communication POC

What will you need?

• 2+ years’ experience in learning and development/ program management/ program implementation, preferred in eCommerce or fast-growing startups
• Experience of vendor management and managing multiple internal stakeholders
• Exceptional communication and creative thinking
• Organized and efficient – Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Excellent data-driven problem solving and analytical skills
• Interest in the learning and development space
• Exposure to Learning Initiatives Design/ Journey Design (preferred)
