Responsibilities –
- Processing vendor invoices and employee reimbursements with appropriate
GST and TDS accounting; and taking the same to prepaid expenses if
necessary.
- Preparing daily vendor payment schedules based on due dates and approvals
from relevant stakeholders
- Actively manage month end book closing and co-ordinate with different
departments to ensure accurate book closure.
- Ensures that systems, policies, and procedures adhere to company
policies while functioning with accuracy and timeliness.
- Should have the ability to analyze, compare, and interpret facts and figures
quickly; and be able to make sound judgments based on this information.
- To ensure adherence to all statutory compliances (TDS, TCS, GST regulations
etc.)
- Handing audit queries.
Ideal Candidate –
- B.Com / MBA with 1-4 years’ experience in a fast paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with relevant stakeholders
- Strong analytical and time management skills
- Well planned, organized with keen attention to detail
