We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic telecaller and sales representative to join our team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, answering incoming calls, and closing sales.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries

Meet daily and monthly sales targets

Maintain accurate records of calls and sales

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Requirements:

Proven experience as a telecaller and sales representative

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively

Strong customer service orientation

Basic computer skills

High school diploma or equivalent
