Full Job Description
Administrative assistant responsibilities:1) Organize and schedule appointments and meetings2) Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms3) Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports4) Develop and maintain a filing system & Order office supplies5) Book travel arrangements6) Submit and reconcile expense reports7) Provide general support to visitors8) Provide information by answering questions and requests9) Take dictation, Research and creates presentations, Generate reports10) Handle multiple projects & Conduct data entry11) Prepare and monitor invoices12) Write letters and emails on behalf of other office staff13) Cover the reception desk when required14) Resolve administrative problems15) Maintain up-to-date employee holiday records16) Coordinate repairs to office equipment17) Photocopy and print out documents on behalf of other colleagues18) Provide polite and professional communication19) Can do Site Visit & Outdoor work.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shift
