Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• o Collaborate with the marketing team to comprehend design requirements and project
• objectives.
• o Generate visually captivating designs for various marketing and communication
• materials, such as creative posters, banners and social media graphics.
• o Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts adhering to the organization’s brand
• guidelines.
• o Utilize industry-standard design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, video editing tools)
• to create and modify designs.
• o Ensure visual consistency, aesthetic appeal, and alignment with the organization’s
• branding across all designs.
• o Manage multiple design projects concurrently, delivering high-quality work within
• specified deadlines.
• o Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and software tools.
• o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet their specific
• requirements and objectives.
• o Provide creative input and suggest improvements to enhance the visual impact of design
• projects.
• o Assist in maintaining the organization’s visual identity and brand integrity throughout all
• design materials.

Qualifications and Experience:

• o Minimum of 2 to 3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer in any
• industry.
• o Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, video
• editing tools, and AI technology.
• o Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design work.
• o Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• o Knowledge of current design trends and techniques.
• o Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• o Strong organizational and time management skills.
• o Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• o Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design or a related field is Preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 – ?35,000.00 per month
