1) Handle complaints from Streamer agencies and talent through Emails and Freshdesk
2) Coordinate with the concerned department for the resolution/follow up of the issues
3) Talking to the agency holders and Talents regarding issues repeating again and again
4) Collecting feedback from the Users/Talents for the improvement in the App
5) Assisting the PK (Player Kill) team in recording all the entries
6) Talking to the agency holders regarding rescheduling the Player Killer matches.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹23,000.00 – ₹28,000.00 per month
