Menschen consulting Pvt ltd Hiring for Store incharge in manufacturing at Bidadi Full Time

This position is in Bidadi, Ramnagar district, Karnataka for a non-woven fabric manufacturing plant * Stock keeping & Inventory management

• Stock In/Out based on daily/weekly production plan
• Verify all the incoming material according to SOP/ISO Standard.
• Ensure daily goods receipt register/goods inward register is maintained as per standard procedure by the sub-ordinate to determine the current stock of material physically
• Prepare bills/Good Receipt Note (GRN) of incoming material and submit to accounts
• Ensure material/items supplied from the vendor or transferred from other site should be received by the store department
• Check all formality related to incoming items such as delivery challan, invoice, purchase order, test certificate, weight slip etc
• Ensure material/items is counted/weighed/measured
• Ensure material is checked for adequacy such as breakage, distortion, and deterioration by the sub-ordinate before unloading
• Ensure material/items is approved by quality department before accepting it for storage
• Handling & reporting consumption & damage and stock reports
• Facilitating periodic inventory audits
• Follow up with Vendors/Suppliers for the delivery of materials/items to ensure timely delivery at the site
• Should be familiar with Supply chain procedures and have good communication skills to interact with vendors, clients and internal teams
• Excellent coordination with inter departments
• Co-ordination with scrap vendor and deposing the scrap at regular intervals and maintaining the scrap yard.

Diploma/ Graduation * Should have minimum 4 years of experience as stores in-charge in manufacturing set-up.

• Proficient in Excel, word, any ERP
• Excellent interpersonal skills, People Management and Relationship Skills
• Strong coordination with inter department

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹400,000.00 – ₹500,000.00 per year
