We are searching for highly motivated candidates for the position of channel development manager. In the business of Mutual Fund Distribution the channel partners must be capable of utilising their network for spreading the importance of MF investments, enhance their network through good word of mouth, and create innovative engagement strategies in the guidance of the CDM to generate business.

Responsibilities for channel development manager

• Identify, analyse and develop prospects as Channel Partners.
• Explain, train responsibilities, and establish financials
• Accurate and timely business management of deals providing accurate & timely reporting to the Operation teams.
• Constant monitoring and nurturing of the channel partners, creating innovative strategies of engagements within budgets.
• Working on customer success, and generate referrals.
• Regular channel reviews.
• Develop Effective Execution Strategies and innovation in Point Of Sales (POS) materials.
• Own the business targets & leadership.
• Lead the channel and community to create synergies and ensure collaboration across Functions and Categories, using our available pool of subject matter experts, content, marketing initiatives for the development of Channels.

Qualifications for channel development manager

• A strong communication, pleasant personality with high ability to listen.
• High ethical approach
• Capability to adapt to fast moving environment, and skills to resolve problems in an effective and fast manner
• The successful candidate is expected to both manage and contribute to develop productive channel partners.
• A recognised degree is essential. An understanding of basic financial terms will be desirable but not essential.
• Completion of the NISM certification during the period of first 90 days of joining will be an essential requirement. The company will provide all assistance to prepare for this online exam.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹240,000.00 – ₹400,000.00 per year
