Mercer Consulting India is seeking candidates for the following position Role: Data Analyst (B)

Location: Mumbai/Gurgaon

What can you expect

The job entails activities those support the Career Product consultants perform in day to day business which may not lead to direct revenue generation/ business development. These activities would include, client solicitation and follow-up, order entry issues/resolution, explain survey methodology to clients, resolving client issues with respect to survey access on WIN tool, data processing, analysis, report writing etc. This job would help in freeing up the consultants so they can focus on BD.

We will count on you to:
Explain survey cycle process and methodology to clientsSupporting data collection and survey participation
Validation (data query resolution) of the data submitted by clients

Support clients in resolving online tools related issuesData processing, calculation and report makingDeveloping client presentationPre sales work on identifying potential clients, calling etc.Updating internal client database – client participation and survey management (client access to results)Process right invoicing to clients & revenue allocation/recognition. What you need to have:1-2 years of overall experienceShould be a graduate, post-graduation preferred in Human Resources or related streamHigh proficiency with excel e.g. – Vlookups, Pivots, graphs, sumifs etc.Eye for detail and Analytical abilityAbility to work on deadline oriented projectsAbility to work on multiple requests from different stakeholdersProblem solving, Ability to draw insights from dataLearning orientation What makes you stand out:Human Resources, experience expertise in Compensation & Benefit, payroll, insurance is preferredGood interpersonal skillsDynamic, motivated, flexible and result-oriented personality with the ability to perform under pressure
