Prime Function:
To supervise the security and safety of the public ensuring their enjoyment in pool area and carry out rescues as required.
Responsible for the Fitness Centre operation of all exercise equipment within the section.
To assist the Front Office Manager in the preparation and activities Pool in a professional manner to ensure a high quality of service is provided to pool users and visitors.
To maintain the facility to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
To interact with the public responsibly and welcome all the guest of the hotel promoting a positive image.
Respond to customer queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintains constant surveillance of patrons in the facility; acts immediately and appropriately to secure safety of patrons in the event of emergency.
Provides emergency care and treatment as required until the arrival of emergency medical services.
Performs various maintenance duties as directed to maintain a clean and safe facility.
Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and in excellent working order at all times.
Prepares and maintains appropriate activity reports.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
To comply with the Emergency Action Plan for the facilities and assist with any such incidents in the appropriate manner.
Carry out other duties which naturally fall within the reasonable expectations of the post.
Adhere to the Procedures & Standards Manual.
Handle additional responsibilities as and when delegated by the Management.
