Job Description

• Handled documentation of borrowings above Rs. 1000 Crore. FC borrowing exposure preferred.
• Managing relationships with 5 or more banks.
• Expertise in handling export – import transactions, including services and expert knowledge of compliances pertaining to RBI & FEMA.
• Hands on experience of ODI transactions and compliances.
• Hands on experience for forex transactions booking and hedging, including documentation requirements for compliances.
• Hands on experience for managing credit ratings.
• Hands on experience for Management MIS.
