1.Addressing issues related to Reagents, Rapids and Instruments at customer site.
2.Daily call pendency to be monitored for TAT.
3.PM Calls 100% closure on a monthly basis.
4.Pending Spares arrangement for field call closure.
5.Validation of all Instruments and Reagents, Rapids with Alpha and Beta testing along with Team Leaders.
6.Control over Service Outstanding.
7.AMC / CMC target monitoring and achievement.
8.Complete documentation and spares reconciliation on a monthly basis.
9.Time to time activity to be adhered as per the need.
Requirements
