Key Accountabilities:
• Provide preventive and corrective maintenance to equipment
• Comply with the maintenance program (weekend program)
• Comply with our Maintenance Program (History card, work orders, preventive maintenance through the available maintenance program)
• Perform root cause analysis with team member for repetitive issue
• Tracking and improvement of work teams’ indicators
• Guarantee the safety of his personnel, by correcting unsafe acts and conditions
• Comply with the personnel management role (vacations, over time, movements, leave of absence, reports for the payroll area, etc.)
• Maintain and preserve the tooling sets in good conditions
• Update and maintain the spare part stock
• Saving ideas in Expenses & Support in improvement projects
• Providing field support for equipment installation, startup, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance.
Required Experience:
- B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical) with 3-5 Years of Experience OR) Diploma (Mechanical) with 5-7 Years of Experience.
- Experienced in preventive and corrective maintenance for industrial equipment, Hydraulic. Pneumatic, Autocad , Assembly of Press , Design.
Location: Jamshedpur
Reports to: Maintenance Coordinator or any person deputed by him.
