• Processing purchase invoices
• Processing employee expense claims and performing audit of paid expense claims
• Processing credit card expenses
• Preparing and accurately posting transactions to the general ledger and the related accounting systems.
• Month end journals for accruals and recharges
• Weekly payment runs
• Scrutiny of expenses and investigation of variances.
• Management of mailbox queries
• Liaise with Group team to set up new suppliers
• Managing the workflow for the approval of invoices before being sent for payment
• Ensure operation of agreed financial controls including all relevant reconciliations in accordance with SOX requirements.
• Produce information for internal stakeholders (Lux Finance team, Tax etc)
• Plan and schedule work to meet deliverable time lines
