Primary Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Financial Statements (including the Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow
Statement, etc.)
- Prepare and analyze financial reporting for regulated entities
- Prepare journal entries and reviews accounting classifications, in accordance with
Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
- Prepare documentation in Support of external and internal audits
- Prepare reports and analyses as required in Support of the monthly reserving closing
process and ongoing financial activities
- Working knowledge of requirements under GST & TDS, i.e. various compliances needed
to be done, i.e. GSTR 1, GSTR 3B, ITC reconciliations with GSTR 2A/2B, Annual Returns
GSTR 9 and 9C.
- Should have experience in preparing GSTR 1, GSTR 3B and ITC reconciliations.
- Should have knowledge of Annual Returns GSTR 9 and 9C, how they are prepared, what
details are asked for and need to be declared, the tables to be filled etc., should have at
least some experiences in preparing the workings for the annual returns.
- Coordinate with the CA & take help for arranging data needed by CA for IT return, GST
filing, TDS filing, etc
- Reconcile, analyze and review general ledger accounts in preparation for month end
close
- Maintain general ledger accounts and related activities for the production of financial
statements and reports
Required Qualifications:
- Graduates / Degree Holders (B. Com or M. Com)/ Inter-CA/ CA Fresher
- 3+ years of Accounting experience
- Good knowledge & Experience in Accounting, Financials & Taxation
- Working experience on MS Office (Excel in particular)
- Attention to detail & Quality focused
- Good Analytical & comprehension skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Manufacturing/ Pharmaceutical experience in Finance and Accounting
- Understanding of ERP systems and accounting for regulated entities
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
