An organization’s back office team can significantly impact its success. Large volumes of data accrue on a daily basis, from various transactional processes such as order fulfillment, applications processing, transaction processing, that require effective back office solutions

Required Knowledge and Experience

• Candidate should be Graduate in Computer Science /B-tech (Computer Engineering)
• Experience OF 1-2 years of in same automobile industry or customer facing role OR freshers
• Key skills –
• Knowledge of computer operating system & MS office software
• Working Knowledge of CRM platform
• Ability to work as part of a team
• High level written and verbal communication skills
• Basic Knowledge of Finance & Accounting

• Managing Back office operations

• C0 (Opty creation )
• C0 tagging under activity (Loan mela ,customer meet)
• Raise Potential drop off
• Giving Delivery challan of New Vehicles after receiving DO and DP amount
• Order creation against oppty id
• Monthly Activity Punching
• Exexution of activity
• Co ordination With Sales Team
• Maintaining a good relationship and co ordination with Sales Team for fast and smooth work closure
• Supporting sales staff in handling and documenting customer accounts
• Process implementation &Adherence to norms
• Process implementation as per the standard of TML
• Making necessary changes in CRM processes whenever any changes updated by TML and communicate to the organization

Work With – CRM –SALES , CRE –SALES, Back Office Executive (PDD ), Back office Exe – Insurance

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹9,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
