1) To communicate with customers and merchants to improve and develop business relationships, in addition to maintain constant follow up on their feedback

2) To monitor regularly the performance of dealers based on business parameters like volumes, market share, collection, delivery, spare parts sales etc in their allotted territories

3) To analyses data to understand the market share, Tehsil wise coverage, area wise segment, Bank wise retail finance etc of dealership territory to understand the area of development at dealership

4) To provide feedback to seniors and Head Office on the product performance, competitors activities and latest trends in the market for helping in evolving in competitive strategy

5) To assure optimum inventory levels to gain maximum cost and savings without having the sales plans

6) To coordinate and monitor pre and post launch activities of new products, creating awareness for same and achieve targeted volumes using given time frame

7) To handle walk-in customers visits for buying agro machine products

8) To give product & spares demos to customers at showroom

9) To solve customer queries by providing proper product information

10) To handle price negotiations and sales closing

11) To look after timely dispatch of products

12) Billing and collection of payment

13) To develop retail sales of the company

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹16,361.00 – ₹22,000.00 per month
