Job Description

Manage the entire ATL/BTL promotions via a healthy mix of online and offline channels

Work, collaborate and influence channel sales managers to ensure healthy sales

Analyze customer trends and gather market intelligence to constantly improve upon the product line

Work on positioning the brand to appeal more to the mid premium market

Define the entire brand roadmap for the next 5-7 years

The Successful Applicant

12-17 years of experience in brand management with 9+ years handling an offline portfolio

Experience in the lifestyle/FMCG/consumer goods segment is highly preferred

Leadership experience of at least 6 years

Tier 1/2 MBAs in marketing/ general management preferred

Excellent communication skills

Highly proficient in MS office

Preferred/current location should be Bengaluru, India
