Job Description
1. Support calendar management for multiple team members.
2. Assist Team for Travel related matters (Flight/Visa/Rail/ Hotel reservations).
3. Assist in official & medical reimbursements & Follow ups.
4. Organising Lunch/refreshments for the team/external meetings at Office.
5. Knowledge of MS Office || Typing Proficiency || Time management || Interpersonal & Communication skills || Customer Handling || Positive attitude.
6. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
7. Managing the CRM
8. Ad hoc on the job responsibilities (contributing to annual conference/ events, PR team travel, managing the front desk, guests, ordering stock for the pantry, maintaining the inventory list)
9. Organize and maintain the office filing system.
10. Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)Office Hours: 930-630pm from Monday to Friday, Sat & Sun- Off

Experience: 5-6 years
Industry: Hospitality/ Office Administration/Operations/Secretarial support
