Job Description
Required Skills:
Support calendar management for multiple team members.
Assist Team for Travel related matters (Flight/Visa/Rail/ Hotel reservations).
Monitoring housekeeping/Office stationery inventory and ordering replacements.
Assist in official & medical reimbursements & Follow ups.
Organising Lunch/refreshments for the team/external meetings at Office.
Knowledge of MS Office || Typing Proficiency || Time management || Interpersonal & Communication skills || Customer Handling || Positive attitude.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
The Successful Applicant
Should come from another PE/VC Fund
Comes with 8-12 years of experience
Should be based out of Mumbai
Prior secretarial experience as an EA is a must
