About Our Client
The hiring organization is a global investment manager, specializing in alternative investments across private equity, real estate, credit, absolute return strategies, GP stakes and infrastructure. They are present in 12 countries across the US, Europe, GCC and Asia, including India, China and Singapore.
Job Description
To provide a complete support service, both administrative and secretarial, to one of the Investment teams – consisting of one Managing Director, two Principals and two Associates.
Management of calendar on a proactive basis (i.e. manage the calendar to space out meetings, prioritise them, etc. without having to consult on every item or simply accept every meeting request).
Management of travel, related logistics and expenses in the most optimal way possible based on an in-depth understanding of routes, airlines, alternative modes of transport etc. Must be skilled at complex travel routes and planning, and adept at covering multiple time zones.
Facilitation of interaction with external stakeholders
Establish relationships with counterparts at other institutions
Proactively suggest and set up lunch / dinner arrangements travelling to various destinations
Facilitation of interaction with internal stakeholders, including management committee members.
Proactive advance planning for all management committee meeting and Board meetings (including preparation/editing of presentation where required)
Proactively suggesting and setting up lunch / dinner appointments when travelling to other offices
Establish relationships with counterparts within Investcorp
Process, maintain and keep up to date travel and expense reports.
Occasionally organise events – social functions, official business and/or private functions
Management of filing and contacts
Performing ad hoc duties as and when required.
