Job Description
Heavy calendar management
Organizing travel arrangements
Coordinating logistics for internal and external meetings
Tracking business and travel expenses and preparing expense reports
Creating and maintaining documents in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Additional ad hoc projects of an administrative nature as needed
The Successful Applicant
Relevant administrative experience in a corporate, financial or professional services environment.
Should come with strong industry knowledge of PE/VC/IB/Management Consulting
Strong communication and relationship management skills, including the ability to be flexible.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs, especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, “real time” environment with constantly changing priorities and immediate issues/concerns to be addressed.
Extremely organized with a demonstrated ability to multitask effectively.
Detail-oriented and able to efficiently complete tasks within deadlines.
Dedicated to providing excellent client service to a diverse range of individuals.
Cooperative team spirit.
