About Our Client

Our client is one of the largest conglomerate hiring for a strong Ethical Marketing Manager for their nutrition business in India.

The key responsibilities would include the following:

• Formulation of annual marketing strategies, communication development for HCP/Patients
• Execution Excellence in driving speciality (like Peds, Gynae, GP, Dietitians and Pharmacist) activations/engagements
• Know how HCP insights are extracted from HCP research and utilize it effectively with a robust communication/sustainable marketing campaigns
• Building strong Marketing programs to engage HCPs/Patients effectively. Execute with the help of cross functional teams. Tracking and measuring the impact of the Marketing
• Programs and also the third-party field force
• Responsible to identify potential opportunities within community & drive incremental growth of products with synergy.
• Responsible for the top line and A&P management.
• Build & develop Key Opinion Leaders /influencers all India and utilise relationships for shaping market initiatives and for driving sales.
• Manage creative agencies, collaborate closely as strategic partners.
• Liaise with internal stake holders to gather and analyse latest trends/insights by using
• qualitative/quantitative resources.
• Support and drive sales team in achieving targets and ROI.

The Successful Applicant

• Working in the capacity of GPM from 3-4 years or minimum 1 year as Marketing Manager
• Total desirable experience of 10-12 years in marketing.
• Should have strong community marketing experience & community business model know-how
• Successful track record of establishing new categories/concepts/brands among HCPs
• Proven track record for designing, implementing and tracking
• impact of creative marketing programs through sales force.
• Experience in sales of 2 years would be an added advantage
• Strong in product and therapy science.
• MBA Marketing from reputed Institute would be an added advantage
