Job Description :
Secretarial Responsibility – organize appointments and meetings, maintain calendars and schedules, support travel management (visa, flight, hotel, car transfer) for India investment team (5 Investment Analysts)
Daily Operation – order and maintain office supplies, troubleshoot computer and systems problems, liaise with IT specialists to resolve problems
Multimedia Arrangement – VC, conference call, and other supports
Communications – close communication with other teams and EA (in India) and others in the offices worldwide to make sure corporate standards and policies are followed
Others – take part to implement group policies and processes as appropriate; assist in annual conference, annual offsite and team meetings (when teams from other offices are in India)
The Successful Applicant
Graduate or above of education* 10 years + of solid commercial experience gained from MNC or finance industry (relevant experience gained from private equity funds is advantageous) as a Executive Assistant
