Providing IT tools configuration Support and assisting customers with the following: Troubleshooting Desktop/Application remotely ýff RAID technologies & basic hardware setup ýff Hard drives and file systems ýff Basic Networking (Protocols/OSI Layers/IP address) ýff Operating systems knowledge (Windows 2000, XP, Vista, 7, 8 & 10) ýff Windows Bios process ýff Windows server ýff Share folder over windows ýff Active directory (DNS, DHCP) ýff Performing Backup over different platforms. Analyzing Process monitor, Wireshark, HAR logs
