JR8133 Sr. Business Analyst – IT Sales
Responsibilities:
· Work with internal Stakeholders to gather, understand use cases, define business requirements, and test scripts
· Develops the to-be process flows (using iGraphix) to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions
· Conducts thorough impact analysis
· Proactively identifies cross-team dependencies and works to aligns schedules
· Work collaboratively with Architect to design a solution that will meet requirements and fulfill user stories
· Complete configuration for user stories on the Salesforce platform
· Collaborate with Developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements
· Participate / facilitate key meetings including requirements sessions, system demos and user acceptance testing
· Develops test scenarios for UAT testing
· Stay current on Salesforce releases, performing new release evaluations and assesses impacts
Required Qualifications and Experience:
· 8+ Experience as an Analyst with a proven understanding of a full software development lifecycle.
· Hands on experience configuring Salesforce, including workflows, validation rules and security controls
· Proven ability leveraging analytical and problem- solving skills in a fast-paced environment
· Detail-oriented individual with the desire to quickly learn and ramp on work, new concepts, business models and technologies.
· Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills and interpersonal skills
· Solidability to developand maintainpositive and productiverelationshipswith internal stakeholders
· Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks within a collaborative team environment
· Change management and scope control- experience performing impact analysis for potential changes in scope. Identifies and manages risks, change control and decision logs
· Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
· Drive and design to learn and grow both technical and functional skill sets
· Develop a strong business acumen for the aspects of the business you support
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio
· Familiarity with Agile Software delivery methodologies and tools such as Scrum, Kanban and ADO
· Salesforce Admin Certification
Preferred Experience and Skills:
· Experience in the high-tech industry
· Experience in leveraging AppExchange products to develop a solution
· Experience solicitating, gathering and analyzing user input and requirements
· Experience documenting user stories and to-be process flow diagrams
· Experience collaborating with Stakeholders

Education:
· BE/B.Tech/BS/B.B.A or any equivalent degree/graduation in Information Systems and Business
