Responsibilities

• Manage and inspire a talented and diverse group of PMs and help them develop and learn as they grow their careers.
• Have a positive impact on team morale and foster an environment of inclusion.
• Engage with customers to solicit feedback, understand needs, and determine opportunities and investment priorities.
• Lead competitive analysis & benchmarking and identify industry and market trends.
• Assist in defining the solution vision and short and long term roadmaps.
• Work with business planning to build and manage monetization plans.
• Define end to end features and experiences, write functional specifications, and work closely with design and development teams to ship on time and with quality.
• Drive solution adoption and usage by engaging with customers working to ensure their success.
• Produce documentation and materials to ensure partner readiness
• Develop content and present in support of pre-sales opportunities, and at industry conferences and events.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• BS or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical experience
• 8+ years of Product Management experience on an end-user facing product
• Proven track record of Product strategy and shipping products at scale with good customer/user reviews
• Background in cloud and enterprise services or applications – part of your role will be building experiences that can connect to and integrate with a variety of Microsoft services and products
• Strong track record in leading teams as a manager

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong product management and cross-group collaboration skills
• Genuine self-starter, proactively identify problems, proposes solutions and drives a team to address them
• Customer obsession, empathy for customer needs, and the ability to translate that into delightful products
• Experience in Retail or Omni-Channel Commerce highly preferred
