The Azure Storage Team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to work on a unique and highly visible role driving products and services to enable various cloud migration scenarios. In this role you will work on a suite of hardware and software migration products and services, partner with internal teams and external partners to drive product strategy, ideation and investments across a broad range of technical areas.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
• OR equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience
• managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects,
• AND customer-centric and data-driven insights creation, strategy definition, and experimentation,
• AND Storage Technologies,
• AND Cloud technologies and services delivered by hyperscale cloud providers (Azure, AWS, Google),
• AND presenting plans and getting buy off with senior technical leaders,
• AND developing product roadmaps to deliver customer and business value across products and services.

Other Qualifications:

• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
• Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines AND 7+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management
• OR software development
• 7+ years of experience
• managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects,
• AND developing cloud technology products from inception to launch (0 to 1).
• Background in hands-on technical implementation across various products/projects.
• Customer-obsessed with the focus to cut through the noise and build what our customers need and not always what they want.
