About The Role

• We have created a unique pathway Indian accountants to work in the US. There are three main pillars / stakeholders (students, universities and corporates) that we need to manage to successfully scale this pathway.
• This role is positioned as a key leadership position focusing primarily on the first pillar (students piece) where the person will report to the Chief of Staff (CoS) and work directly the CEO. The individual will work collaboratively across departments, fostering cross-functional collaboration and crafting forward-looking strategies. As the leader of this initiative, you will play a crucial role in organizing and managing the project’s timeline. This involves developing detailed project plans, ensuring optimal resource availability and allocation, and consistently delivering each project on time, within budget, and in alignment with scope.
