Job description

We are looking for a Process Associate and team member who has the ability to carry out multitask on the UK based property management Process.. He / She will be responsible to coordinate with the local team as well as London team working at the client’s place in London. The candidate needs to be highly organized and should be capable of managing priority tasks within the workload.

Responsibilities and Duties

Dealing with property (both residential and commercial) maintenance enquirers via call/emails, CRM Tickets

– Work with a UK-based client (Property Management) lettings and commercial department along with the team in India

– – Motivate Tenants and Landlords to keep their profile up to date and upload the properties they have to rent them out-

– Placing calls to Landlords and Tenants registered on the CRM and verifying them to make their profile complete on the CRM for the TT and LL.- Cold calling

– Liaise with landlords/engineers/contractors/ UK Council officers and tenants on daily basis

– Deal with rental residential / commercial properties inquiries dealing setting appointments etc on CRM for viewing of the property.

– Co-ordinate carrying out property inspections in line with tenancy requirements on CRM

– He/she may work as buffer staff on the project for the first few months to train him/ her for 360-degree processes across the project and then will be placed on the vacancy on the project. He / She should be ready to work dynamically.

– Effectively resolve discrepancies and complaints of customers TT & LL

– Build and maintain relationships with tenants, landlords, contractors, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹22,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
