Role:

• This is a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor of an inspiring company that has already laid a lot of foundation
• Your job is to focus on the goals of the customer and make sure that our product helps to achieve it. Since we’re a small team, you’ll also be part of the sales process, working closely with the CEO to help close customers

What you’ll do

• Sales: Sit in on (and eventually lead) demo calls to learn more about the needs of our customers. Help close sales & manage contracts
• Onboarding: Lead customers through initial setup, helping them connect accounts and go through educational materials
• Adoption: As the customer starts to use the product, look at usage data, and make sure they have fully integrated the product into their workflows
• Value Realization: Make sure our product has met (and exceeded) expectations. Be responsible for long-term customer success
• Advocacy: Capture reviews, testimonials, case studies, and referrals
• Internal Ops: Work closely with the product team to capture & prioritize support tickets and feature requests. Document processes for future team members. Collaborate with the CEO to understand customer pain points and determine how to address them in a way that will lead the company to success

Qualifications
Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in sales, customer success, account management, consulting, customer support, an MBA program, or something similar
• Excellent communication skills
• You’re comfortable using modern tools such as Confluence, Jira, Zendesk, Google Sheets, etc

Bonus points

• You have familiarity or experience working with B2B SaaS companies, or service-based SMBs
• You have early-stage startup experience
