1-Proven data entry work experience as a data entry operator or office clerk.
·2- Experience with MS Office and data program.
3- Familiarity with administrative duties.
·4- Experience using office Equipment ,like fax machine and scanner.
·5- Typing speed and accuracy.
6- Excellent knowledge of correct spelling,grammer and punctuation.
·7- Attention to detail &confidentiality.
·8- Organization skills ,with an ability to stay focused on assigned task.
Job Description
1- Insert customer and account data by inputing text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits.
·2- Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
3- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output.
4-Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
5- Apply data program techniques and procedure.
6- Generate report, store completed work in designated location and perform backup operation.
7- Scan documents and print files ,when needed Keep information confidential.
8- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files Comply with data integriy and security policies.
