Mir-mosaic Hiring for Ecommerce Associate at Vadodara Full Time

MIR Mosaic is a fast-growing market leading manufacturer and distributor of wide variety of luxury mosaics and porcelain tiles. We are looking for an experienced eCommerce Associate who will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy for distribution via 3rd party marketplaces like Amazon, Wayfair, Home Depot, Lowes, Overstock, Etsy, Walmart, eBay and others.

Experience working with one of major marketplaces is required, alongside a demonstrated history of building successful businesses on these platforms.

This position will work cross-functionally and interact with numerous teams including digital marketing, product management, and warehouse operations. This position will require a strong understanding of marketplace trends, advertising and marketing best practices, compliance and SLA requirements and overall marketplace management in order to employ the best tactics to drive the revenue from 3rd party marketplaces.

Responsibilities:

• Upload products on all ecommerce platforms with accuracy in specifications and SEO friendly marketing copies
• Upload and maintain accurate inventory across all the platforms. Candidate needs to be particularly good at Excel for this
• Develop, determine and execute strategy for driving revenue from new and existing marketplaces.
• Create, maintain and distribute all ecommerce product data and marketing copy to ecommerce and distribution partners;
• Track competitive pricing and communicate internally regarding our pricing position and trends in the marketplace
• Optimize sales and marketing/advertising performance in order to attract more revenue from marketplaces;
• Oversee all promotional efforts for new and existing marketplaces, working within budget guidelines and inventory needs.
• Coordinate the development of custom product landing pages within ecommerce platforms such as Amazon brand stores
• Work with product managers, sales, customer service and graphics/photography to coordinate product data and assets to set up new items on Amazon and other ecommerce platforms.
• Understand listing coverage, listing errors and resulting business impact
• Make changes to product listings based on market trends, opportunities, promotions and competitor listings
• Improve listing conversion rate, sales, impressions, CTR, selling fees, etc
• Monitor marketplace compliance and ensure that all SLAs are being met – communicate regularly with relevant stakeholders
• Build, maintain and optimize branded, customized storefronts as needed
• Make recommendations for customer touchpoint improvements like product reviews, feedback scores and questions within given brand guidelines
• Build relationships with marketplace contacts & stay informed about new policies

• Must have high attention to detail to ensure accurate portrayal of products online

• Strong Excel skills (Pivot table, VLOOKUP, Match, Index, If)

Education and Experience:

• 3 + years of experience in any eCommerce platform
• Bachelor’s Degree or related experience
• Two years of experience in content creation and coordination
• Strong knowledge of Excel

Pay: INR 4,00,000-5,00,000 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift, Candidate needs to work according to IST time, meetings will be at US time
