Customer Care Executive-PSF

Job Profile – Customer Calling / must have knowledge basic computer / minimum 1 to 2 yr calling exp

Industry required – Automobile(Service) tele calling or insurance tele calling

Roles and Responsibility ( Requirements)

• Attend customer queries
• Inbound & Outbound calling
• Direct coordination with cross functional team members
• Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need
• Offer solutions based on clients needs and capabilities
• Update the customer database

Requirements

• 6month -2 years of experience in Customer care -PSF Caller .
• Degree/Diploma from any discipline
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of Automobile industry
