We are searching for HR and Admin, and you must support- the Digital Marketing team to lead our sales and marketing team. You will be responsible for all aspects of our recruitment and support marketing operations in this position.
Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring recruitment and our digital marketing & advertising campaigns across all digital networks. you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Handle the recruitment process and hire the best talent
2. Responsible for posting job ads, sourcing resumes, conducting interviews, hiring staff, attendance tracking, and doing background verifications. Including our search database, email, and regular calls to the candidates and follow-ups.
2. Plan and manage our social media platforms.
4. Coordinate with candidates source of Job portals and social networks, sending emails, and calls and follow-up
6. Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry growth.
7. Evaluate important metrics that affect our service and target audience.
8. Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
11. The person should be an extremely open-minded and extrovert personality and should be able to connect with the clients and should know how to communicate well
12. Prepare accurate reports on our recruitment and candidates data overall performance.
12. Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
13. Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
16. Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly monthly or quarterly reports
17. prepare offer letters, appointment letters, etc.
18. Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory.
19. Format information for internal and external communication memos, emails, presentations, and reports.
20. Take minutes during meetings.
21 Organize and maintain the office filing system.
Requirements:
1. Any Bachelors degree and knowledge in a relevant field.
2. A minimum of 0 to 3 years of experience in an HR Executive and Admin position.
5. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
7. Demonstrable experience with email marketing, lead generation, and SEO.
8. Candidates must be good learners and ready to learn the company business process first and then start working on the marketing strategies.
9. It is essential the candidate must have an extremely can-do attitude and should be able to motivate the team with a can-do attitude.
