Job Description:

Palis Decor is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our team at Bommasandra Industrial Area. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in Excel, especially in creating and analysing graphs, and will support our operations by developing and maintaining data reports for management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and maintain data reports for management to aid in decision-making.
• Analyse and interpret data to prepare clear and actionable insights.
• Design, generate, and analyse Excel reports and create dashboards with effective visualizations (graphs, charts, etc.).
• Monitor data quality and accuracy, ensuring all reports and outputs are up-to-date and reliable.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather and input accurate data.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-3 years in a similar role.
• Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and strong knowledge of graph and chart creation.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and consistency in data reporting.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and create meaningful reports.
• Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills to present data effectively.
