Team Leader’s Daily Duties in our Call Center

Data for calling should be allocated based on cohorts.
Appoint different team members for the data.
Continuous process improvement
Driving daily sales
Increase the productivity of each caller.

It is expected that you will be able to manage 5 to 6 team members.
Should have at least 1-2 years of experience as a Call Center Team Leader.
This will be done virtually (work from home)
A minimum of 2-3 years of front-line calling experience is required.
Understanding of Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of call centre softwares
A positive attitude and the ability to motivate the team
