ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Theoretical understand of support terminology (Incidents and Service Requests)
Theoretical Understanding of a ticket management tool.
Theoretical understanding of the Software development lifecycle methodology.
Good analytical, communication and email etiquette skills.
Availability for meetings, on-call support, off-hours support work (including weekends) as required
Be able to work a flexible schedule to accommodate off-hours conference calls
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Must have completed a development project during graduation/post-graduation.
Good theoretical knowledge of DBMS/RDBMS/ Basic Programming knowledge.
Understanding of OOPS principles.
Any exposure to open source will be an added advantage.
Self-starter with a zest to take things to a logical level.
Quick learner, quality conscious and committed to deadlines
Excellent analytical and effective communication skills
