Roles & Responsibilities● Taking phone calls and responding to emails describing the characteristics as well as the benefits of the company’s product & services● Using scripts to contact both existing and prospective customers● Looking at customer benefits and other pertinent data for additional sales follow up● Addressing needs and queries of the customer● Keeping track of calls and coordination with the sales team, aligning the relevant leads to each person● Experience in delivering sales pitch over call and adapting as per the situationNecessary Functional Skills● Good communication skills – listening and asking relevant questions● Good memory – can memorise calling script● Excellent follow up skills● Must have good command over English, both spoken and written● Good team coordination skills● Should have working knowledge of MS Office especially Excel & WordJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹10,342.87 – ₹25,514.50 per monthSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Shahdara, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 2 years (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91 8130526255
