Job Title – Specialist, Accounts Receivable

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for a designated ledger of a specific geography. (UK & Ireland).
• Chase of overdue via telephone, email, and letter.
• Ensure accounts are chased on a daily basis, daily customer contact in order of cleaning up past due’s Assist in the recovery of debt through to legal proceedings.
• Achieve set weekly/monthly cash collection targets / Metrics. Deal with queries from internal/external customers in a timely manner.
• Co-operate closely with credit clearing, sales, customer care and tech. support.
• Ensure Bad debt recovery process is followed. Any other Business related, responsibility entrusted.

Essential Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written is essential. Graduation is essential.
• Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) is essential.
• Ability to work to deadlines and targets.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Capacity to work efficiently and effectively in fast paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Able to multi-task to manage both tactical and strategic work streams relating to area of responsibility. Strong analytical mindset with willingness to Innovate.

Desirable Requirements

• Analytical skills would be an added advantage. Ability to handle complex and high valued accounts.
• Financial Acumen would be an added advantage
